Service Levels

Al-Maidah offers several levels of catering to meet your individual needs and budget. 
All tiers may be customized at your request.

Tier 1

This tier is designed for smaller events. It includes 3 entree choices of BBQ Chicken, Baked Herb Seasoned Chicken, Pasta, Swedish Meatballs or Italian Meatball Parmesan, 3 sides of your choice, garden salad, cornbread, and our Specialty Drink, Uptown.

Adjustments or additions available for all tiers.

Tier 2

Tier 2 is generally for a more organized event. Offered are your choice of 3 entrees, including pasta, seafood, chicken, lamb, or beef. 4 sides of your choice are served along with garden salad. Beverages include your choice of one of our Specialty Drinks and water. Cornbread or dinner rolls are served as well.

Festival Set Up

Perhaps you'd like us to bring our Festival Presentation to your event. This presentation includes, golden fried fish, shrimp, and wings. Sides can vary, however, typically served are macaroni and cheese, yams, greens, fries, yellow rice & beans, peach cobbler, and cornbread. Our specialty drinks, Tuitie Fruitie, Strawberry Supreme and Uptown are included.

TieR 3

Tier 3 is chosen for weddings, conferences or formal events. It begins with 3 hors d'oevres of your choice. This tier also includes 4 entrees of chicken, pasta, seafood, and beef or lamb. 5 sides of your choice and a garden salad. Dinner rolls and 1 dessert choice are offered, as well as, beverages of water, coffee, tea, and your choice of one of our Specialty Drinks.
